Sunnyside Window Cleaning

I hired Sunnyside Window cleaning to clean the interior and exterior windows of my house. I paid extra ($80) for them to wipe down the metal capping on the outside as it had a lot of dirt on it, along with cleaning the screens inside. They were the highest quote I received out of 3 companies but had heard good things about their work so decided to go with them.

On the day of cleaning the workers called and asked if they could come by an hour early as they had finished their other job sooner than expected, no problem at all as I was working from home. It was a 3 man crew and I have 16 windows on my house (mostly medium sized). There was ZERO attention to detail paid while cleaning the exterior flashing of the windows--still lots of dirt left, even though I paid extra for this. Their idea of cleaning was quickly wiping over it with a damp rag. Second, there was a lot of dirt built up in 4-5 of the window sills--clearly visible. They did not even touch those parts. When they were almost finished after 45 mins ($400 for 45 mins work????) I did a quick walk around and noticed that 2 interior windows were missed, 1 screen and the basement window had not been touched. Alerted them of this and they went back and did them. Again, they forgot the basement window. Finally, I went down there with the guy and he looked at me and said "done". I opened the window and there was dirt everywhere. His reply was "I had nothing to clean that up with"--meanwhile a shopvac was sitting 2ft away from him.

The job took them a total of 1 hr and 10 mins. After they left I went around to 6 of the windows that still had a lot of dirt and had to thoroughly clean all of the dirt they had left. You could tell they were in a HUGE rush and wanted to get in and get out, why do you think they were 1 hr early getting to my job? When I pay top $$ for a service I expect to get what I pay for. Sunnyside was a major let down.
