I recently completed my home reno and found Crazy Joe's Drapery in Scarborough online which is very near where I live. I went in with my measurements, where they showed me an array of fabrics in the colour and style I was looking for. The very next day the installer came to verify my measurements. I then got a call some time later letting me know my drapes were ready; the very next day the installer came, installed the rods and hung my drapes.
Customer service is usually great when things go perfect, but the real test of a company's commitment to customer service is how they treat the customer when things aren't perfect. I had a small problem with my sheers, which I knew would need altering. I called Ted he told me bring them in right away and Myrtle and I would figure out a solution. Two days later I was all fixed up. This was probably the most important part of the transaction and I couldn't be HAPPIER with the way it was handled. I wanted to be sure to take the time to write a review for Ted & Myrtle; so often we find time to complain but rarely to praise. I feel it important to put forth that effort when customer service goes right!
Installing custom drapes is a small investment, and it is a pleasure to have walked away from the experience completely satisfied with my expenditure.
I cannot wait until I get around to my bathroom decor. I was so inspired by the fabrics, I decided to do some custom shower curtains in seasonally appropriate fabrics. SO EXCITED!
