I have been dealing with this place for almost 10 years now. I'm just sorry I had not found them 20 years ago. I will not go anywhere else. I incurred a leak in my pool a few years ago during the late fall. These guys came out and found the puncture and repaired it. It was late fall, cold and it took him well over an hour to fix it. I'll never forget as this was not an easy task at that time of year.
I have several pool places around where I live, but I would rather drive the distance and go to Brown's line. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to many people without any hesitation.

Took almost 9 months, and multiple emails and calls to finally get my Maytronics Dolphin pool robot serviced and returned. It's sad that they are the Maytronics service depot for Canada.

Great, great service from a small, passionate company. We never had a pool and didn't know much so we were recommended to see this small store in south Etobicoke and Franca, the owner, was fantastic. She's completely knowledgeable of all aspects of pool maintenance and helped us tremendously with no bias towards anything. She has over 30 years experience in this field. She checked our water and recommended several steps to stabilize and bring all our levels back within range. It worked exactly like she said in the exact time frame. We also used her to close our pool in the fall and the crew arrived on time and were out within a couple of hours. They are very good in helping us learn the various aspects of closing and courteous. Will recommend this small, family run company to anyone with a pool, small or large.....they know what they're doing and are honest.
