After posting our negative comments and review - we wish to amend as follows:
We purchased a Montigo 3 sided fireplace from Riz and the Fireplace Depot which was installed in August 2013. We have had several unresolved issues with this product including ignition and no control of heat and/or flame settings.
After after several telephone calls and very heated discussions with the Fireplace Depot, we finally received a telephone call from Riz with a direct telephone number to Montigo We will try to deal with this unusable fireplace with the manufacturer rather than The Fireplace Depot.
