We were so impressed with Yuri's thoroughness, attention to detail, reliability and responsiveness to ongoing questions. We had had windows installed improperly causing heat loss. Yuri's in depth analysis, the quality of the thermal imaging and the very rigorous conditions he established to best test our windows, very specifically and clearly established for the installer where and what the problems were for the re-install. We are so glad we did this and it accorded great peace of mind by supplying the desperately needed hard facts. Can't recommend Yuri highly enough.
