We questioned extra costs and were unhappy with the over 70 days it took to get out kitchen in, with defficiencies still outstanding. When we wanted an explanation regarding extra costs and defficiencies they put a lien on our home. The outstanding amount was 4000. We had to hire a lawyer and paid the lawyer most of the outstanding amount which suited us fine. We would rather the lawyer get the money than a poor quality cabinet maker. So disappointed in the overall product. Caulking falling out, one door still not closing and opening properly, many scratches on the new floor, countertop and almost every cabinet. We were told we were being ridiculous.
