We had our roof replaced by Epic 2 years ago and were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Epic was referred to us by our insurance company and they gave us the option to upgrade and add extra vents which we did. With a little one running around we were concerned with nails being left in the yard etc and there was absolutely none of that. We recently had them back to inspect a moisture issue we were having and it turns out the home builders put up a wall in our attic which prevented the air flow from our bedroom where there was no vent to the rest of the roof where there are now 7 vents. Andrew made all of the arrangements to get his team out there and another vent installed at very little cost to us. We will definitely recommend Epic Roofing and have already done so. Excellent customer service and work!

We needed some fairly minor modifications and additions to the eavestroughs in the back of our house. We received quotes from 3 different companies. We ended up cancelling with the first company we chose because of lack of communication. They simply were unable to provide any sort of updates or confirmations in regards to our business and did not seemed to be concerned even when we cancelled. We then went with Epic roofing who provided regular updates and communicated with us at an exceptional level. The work was completed quickly, cleanly and to our exact specifications. The price was also very good. I would definitely recommend Epic Roofers.

I have used Epic Roofing twice in the last year for minor repairs to my roof. I found the entire experience to be excellent from the communication to the work performed through to the follow up. Epic Roofing did an excellent Job. I would certainly use them again in the future. The skill level was good and clean up was taken care off. I could not ask for better crews.

These guys ended up doing a good job for us. Wasn't sure at first, but they did come back and take care of everything. We had our roof done last year, and it took a longer time this time, however lots of roofs took a hit, so it's no wonder.

Epic came and reviewed the job and after the estimate was accepted, called to say when they would be there. The crew turned up when they said, the work was done very well, and they cleaned up and left no mess. Above all the crew was friendly and courteous and I would definitely use this company again.

This was an insurance claim and like the others were impressed with the service at first. The work on our home was done 5 years ago from a previous hail storm. The siding job took forever but the roof was done quickly and we didn't know better so just were happy that the siding job was finally completed as it took so long. The outside receptacles were left broken and there are places on the siding where the siding is short. The reason why I am saying something now (5 years later) is because we are now having to get this work done again and are now realizing the issues that were never taken care of or fixed correctly the first time. When the roof was done the crew just dropped the venting from the bathroom fan into our attic and never connected the vent again and the fan unknown to us was never connected so for the last 5 years the moisture from our bathroom has been venting into our attic and we now have insulation that has been affected... we are not impressed.
