We had Cheema come in for bi-monthly commercial cleaning. When they actually showed up the cleaning was good enough for the inexpensive price, but there were several times where they didn't show up at all and we were still charged for the missed appointment. After addressing this with them, we cancelled their services after a few more missed appointments and poor results. Three weeks later, their staff "forgot" that we had cancelled and showed up after hours, setting off our security alarm and triggering a police response. Their office apologized for the inconvenience in a very brief email response only after we called and emailed them to find out what had happened. Very dissatisfied with the professionalism and lack of communication between their admin and staff. Wouldn't recommend even if the price is enticing for a small business.
