Very pleased with quality and price. Jessie and Kevin were very helpful. Their showroom has a great selection of all types of flooring. All work was completed quickly and professionally. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!

I recently replaced the carpeting on my 2 staircases and the tile in my entryway and used Flooring Diva for both the purchase and the installation of the carpet and tiles. I would breakdown my experience into 3 different categories.

1. Customer Service

They were reliable and responsive whenever I had questions. Their sales team was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I enjoyed the experience in their stores. I took quite a while to make a decision and they were very patient, both in the store and over the phone.

2. Cost

Both the cost of the product and the cost of the labor were very reasonable. They worked to come in under my budget and showed me how the make the most of the money that I wanted to spend on the project.

3. Quality

The installation of both the tile and the carpet was very well done. Both installers took their time and delivered excellent finished products.

All in all I was very happy with my experience. I would strongly recommend using this company for any upcoming projects. It is well worth the stop to look in and get quoted.

Let me start by stating that I've been a General Contractor for 30+ years and have come to know that positive results depend entirely on a good product choice and the experience of the installers. I had the benefit of both. Without that later it doesn't matter how high the product quality is. Not only were the flooring installers truly A+ craftsmen, they were punctual, courteous, tidy and careful with our belongings that they had to shuffle around. Joints were tight and plank sizes were evenly distributed and the layout was precisely square to the walls. Their attention to detail did not stop there as they also installed the shoe mold with absolute perfection to conceal the minimal gap left between the baseboard and hardwood. The Diva experience did not end with the flooring as Jessie's installation crew networked us to another A+ Stair renovator who transformed our former carpet covered stairs to solid oak with steel pickets and an unbelievable custom built 3 sided landing at the bottom. Finally let's talk about the price. I am a customer with high expectations and by nature, driven to find complete satisfaction by obtaining quality workmanship with a fair price. I had shopped around to three different flooring outlets in Toronto and Georgetown over the course of 9 months and can tell you that I paid approximately $12,000 less than the competitors quoted for the same scope of work. I wish every experience with home renovation contractors was this pleasant and gratifying. Truthfully speaking, I'm sure Mike Holmes would be impressed.

For 3 months my wife and I visited many retailers in Georgetown, Mississauga, Brampton and other area towns searching for approximately 2000 square feet of flooring. In the end we chose Flooring Diva in our own home town because of the warm comfortable and trusted feeling we had from working with Jesse, Kevin and their installation team.
