incredibly poor resonsiveness/communication

Took my cushions in for an estimate on restuffing and quote on new legs for 3 pieces of furniture and was told it would be sent the next week and the work likely performed in 3 weeks. I followed up with 3 emails and phone call and finally got an estimate a month later. The estimate didn't describe the work accurately so I asked for a couple of clarifications that same day . I waited 8 days and followed up with a phone call. A month later nothing from them and I've taken my business elsewhere.
