Furnace (emergency replacement)
We have had Mark work on our previous furnace and ac a few times over the past 10 years, and his service and advice has always been great! This time our furnace broke down on a late Feb morning, and he was there to look at within a half day. We needed to replace the furnace in the midst of the cold winter, and with the help of Mazier to guide us on new options and Mark to install we had a new furnace within a few days. They are kind people, respectful and never concerned with upselling, and yet gives good advice around questions of quality. Before this, we always felt good about having Mark to help with our heating/cooling concerns, and now that has increased. I will recommend them without hesitation to family or friends.
