i am pleased to ask Mark from house depot to do my air conditioning as well. (he had installed my furnace before). his price was much lower than Sears and unlike Sears he was the one who did installation . he installed according to my schedule.
before he started the installations, Mark had advised us to get an Energy Audit in order to cover some of the costs of installations.
Since his company is member of HRAI, i could get some rebates from there as well as Government rebates.

I was very pleased with the job Mark and his crew did. After researching many contractors House Depot came in at the lowest price and had the highest customer ratings I could find.
They managed to work around my schedule and completed the job over a weekend.
I would highley recomend House Depot to my friends and family.

I did my homework in order to select the right contractor who takes pride in his profession and does not subcontract his job to somebody else who may not be even licensed to do the job as many companies do.
I called many large companies the price was very high and i did not have a clue who the installer is, actually i wanted to see the installer not the salesperson.
however i checked the Homestars and called some contractors, which one of them was House Depot.
Mark came as both sales person and the installer, I felt he is very knowledgeable and serious and said he will be the one who installs it.
He told me he does not hire sales person and does not spend any money for advertising. He said he gets all his customers through referrals such as Homestars or word of mouth.
The job was done by him and all the details of the job was done accurately, as i am a person who reads the manual.
During the installation i was asking questions and Mark although was busy on the installation, he explained all the details and reason behind them

He is professional, reliable and exceptional. We are very happy with his work and grateful to have him taking care of our air-conditioner. We have our fan and coil up in the attic. Mark is the only person who wouldn't mind go up and down our attic.

Mark did a great job helping us change out some outlets and switches. He was thorough and spent the time needed to make sure things were done right. He also helped me check some phone wiring, which not only did he not charge me for but refused extra payment. A minor issue came up shortly after he had left and he had no issues with coming back right away to remedy the situation.

All around skilled, honest, and personable electrician and would highly recommend his services.

I called Mark just yesterday morning to have him fix a faulty outlet located in the main lobby of a small office building. This outlet has been driving my husband and I crazy for 2 months now. Two other Electricians had already come to take a look at it, but could not find the source of the problem. I told Mark that I absolutely needed to have the problem taken care of – and he listened! He came THE SAME DAY and FIXED the outlet! We couldn’t be happier!
Mark is also very pleasant to deal with, and his prices are quite fair.
I would not hesitate to use him again, and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good, competent Electrician.
