We are planning to move in the next few years and I did not want to spend a lot on a stove at this time. I've looked at several stores in my area, as well as online. I found one online and called your store. I spoke with Morgan. He was really friendly and carefully listened to me explain what I was looking for. He looked into the one I had found online, and showed me other ones by giving me their ID # to type in. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke to my husband and immediately called him back and bought the stove- his service couldn't have been better. He now has a returning customer! Thank you.

Although I couldn't purchase right away he gave me a reference number and held the price until we could get to the store.

I had been checking for appliances for weeks. Found CAS on line and they had a store in Ottawa. I went and after looking around the store Dan approached me and made himself available when I was ready. No pressure sales what so ever. Later, I went to Dan, he explained all the features of the appliances I was looking at. We sat down he listened to my needs and we worked out what was suitable for me. Dan was very professional and gave me the features and products I needed. Delivery was set up and explained and I am very happy with Dan and CAS.

I had already purchased a fridge, stove and dishwasher from another retailer however I still wanted to shop around and am glad I did.

I ordered a fridge on-line. When I realised 2 days later that I had ordered the wrong colour I called right away and got a man named Danial Torres. He was effiecent, well manered and very helpful in correcting my mistake. He cancelled my order for me as I ended up going with a different brand. He called when he said he would and I was extremely satisfied with his service.
I have used this company before for my washer/dryer and find them nice, on-time and reliable in what they promise.

I phoned Canadian appliances in Toronto to get some info about the blue star stove and did not have very good experience. I phoned Ottawa and talked to Dan who was very helpful and provided me with all the info I requested and when he did not know he followed up and got back to me with the answers. Bought the blue star stove through Dan and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Jamie Malamud helped us choose a microwave oven really impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. He listened carefully to what we said and came up with options that exactly fit our needs. We casually mentioned that we were also interested in a small gas cook top for our cottage and while we were browsing in the store Jamie came up with a unit on special at about a third of the retail price. It was better than anything equivalent that I've been able to find elsewhere and on the internet. What a deal! We were very pleased.

Morgan was our salesperson and he was very professional and was able to show us the things we needed and wanted. He was honest and told us the pros and cons of almost everything. He was politranx made the process a breeze. Would highly recommend the store and Morgan in particular
