Ideal installed our new roof in 2016. This year, I noticed a shingle that was lifting a bit and called them to come and look at it. The roofer came out, nailed down that shingle, checked the whole roof over and reinforced a couple of others, cleaned up leaves that had accumulated behind our skylight and in a couple of spots on our eavestroughs, and took photos to inform us of a couple of areas on our siding that need attention soon.
This was all done under warranty. (I had to put a number under approximate cost, but this service was provided was at no cost to us.)
We are so impressed with the meticulousness and professionalism we experienced with this company.
