I don't know what to say. Our washer needed to be replaced and we were offered a stacked one instead of a front loader...sure no problem. Then the day before the deliver (and you have to book an elevator, be home, etc) their truck broke down (seem the same as a review from two years ago) only to get a call and the most unprofessional delivery people ever. They asked to use the rest room and urinated all over the toilet and the floor. Disgusting.
Then we noticed that the unit they delivered was, in fact, damaged. A huge gash already rusting in the well of the washer. But now it's our problem and we have to deal with Whirlpool. Please stay away. Do yourselves a favour and purchase from someone else. This is the type of service that should bankrupt a business.
