We moved into our Roselawn model in April. The Country Homes team has been a pleasure to work with and very receptive to my sometimes wacky requests. Anthony has been a great pleasure to work with and has gone over and above my expectations where it came to assisting my husband and I. Compared to other volume builders the Country Homes experience has been much closer to a custom build process. The design team allowed flexibility where possible and the construction team were always willing to address any concerns that were raised. Overall a great builder with a good quality product. The finishes were great. Country Homes has a gem and their site supervisor Anthony and that would be enough to make me repeat buyer.

We moved in our new in West Country Milton 3 months ago. Our experience with all the staff is great. We are happy with our house, however one big major problem we face now is the noise isolation, its almost zero. We have been so unlucky with very noisy neighbors and adding to that is quality of the noise isolation. We used to live in a town house and we almost never heard our neighbors. Now in our new Semi with Country homes, sleeping at night with all the noise we hear loud TV, footsteps and loud voices talking, is a struggle. Its probably too late to fix a noise isolation problem which is very frustrating for us.

We recently bought a Delamore model from Country Homes- who have been fantastic to work with. It’s been a completely different experience compared to buying with other builders in town.

The structural and décor appointments were made fun and lighthearted thanks to their team at the Décor centre. We were given tons time to make our decisions and shown examples of other homes for reference.

Country Homes built a gorgeous house and many of the details are better than we expected. As with any new build, our house is not without a few issues- but they have gone above and beyond to remedy items we asked to be addressed. They’ve been accommodating and have gone the extra mile, which we sincerely appreciate. Their customer service has been fantastic- always answering our call and treating us and our home respectfully.

We are especially thankful to Anthony, Mike, Adam and Trista for taking a moment when we contact them and to Sabrina and Tanya for ensuring all of our design/décor choices were exactly what we wanted. We are also very appreciative of the many pleasant tradesmen who did a great job on our home- before and after we moved in.

We definitely recommend Country Homes to our friends and family and look forward to buying with them again in the future.

We are the second owners and didn’t go through the new construction build process that everyone speaks about but that certainly did not prevent Country Homes from delivering the same amazing experience.

The original owners did not live in this beautiful house for long after it was built and it was vacant for almost a year before we moved in. We had missed the period to submit the little odds and ends but with the care that Christian has shown us, truly illustrates the dedication they have to continuing and improving every aspect of the homebuyers experience and keeping true to the reputation they have. They know that their job isn’t finished the moment you move in and understand that not everything can be captured immediately. Country Homes has so many qualities that set them apart from the rest that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our loved ones.

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment all the staff at country-home and always getting back to my Calls and emails in a timed manner with always prepared to answer my questions and feedback that is needed, always professional and has a positive input, most of all a huge thank you to Christian, whom always takes the time to respond and makes the effort to make sure the problem gets resolved, directed my concerns and made sure I was okay with outcome and if needed more help or direction made sure I had that handy!!! Christian has been beyond amazing and patience with my emails and questions I had, took his time and never have I spoken to Christian or ended a email with out being satisfied with what I was looking for or directed me to whom I need to speak to, made sure to always answer my questions and explained in details to make it easier as a homeowner. At some point made it at ease! From the day I moved now being 1 year, the staff at the country home had made this move a happy one for me and my family:))) thank you to all :)

We purchased the home in July 2017 and missed submitting the 1 year warranty form to Tarion in time. Christian accepted the late form and produced a work order right away to fix some outstanding issues. We have dealt with many builders but no one has ever been as flexible as this builder.

The service that I received during and after buying a home with Country homes was exceptional! They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made the transition so easeful for me. The quality of service is sensational, they were able to act on any of my needs and/or inquiries in an extremely quick manner and were always very attentive. I purchased a semi-detached home from Country homes 5 years ago and was extremely pleased with the service, quality and attention to detail from this builder. Country Homes service is beyond impeccable, have been so happy with the level of service and how quick they get back to you with response times via phone or email. Initially, I wasn't as happy with how things were built, though I've so thoroughly impressed with how much they work and aim to please and ensure all their purchasers are super happy with the service and warranty. They have been super on time with tarion warranty and def go over and beyond. Mara who has been in service forever has been super amazing, she is super patient, and always aims to please. Christian, who is in service now is also great and aims to please, he is always great with responding messages and emails and returns calls, not like other builders. I highly recommend them!
