I have been a customer of this company for a few years. Recently, I got caught in an internet manipulation which involved a sophisticated, and fear-provoking presentation claiming that my computer had been infected with the Koobface virus and I would lose all my data if I didn't allow a certain computer company to remove the virus and install antivirus software. Against my better judgement, I allowed the culprits to take over my computer. It occurred after hours so I assumed I wouldn't be able to reach anyone at PC Service On Site. However, I did leave them a message thinking I'd get a call back the next morning. To my surprise, the
owners called me within an hour and told me to unplug my computer immediately and confirmed that this was a ploy to mine my computer for personal information. They walked me through
the steps to protect access to my bank accounts and credit cards. An appointment was made for Chris, their technician, to see what could be done. He arrived on time, as always, was very courteous, and within a couple of hours, checked and cleared my computer of software the bogus computer company had installed. To my relief, none of my financial or other sensitive data was compromised. And the price for the service was very reasonable.
I have always had topnotch service from this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
