I do NOT recommend Morrows Chilliwack
would NEVER recommend Morrows Chilliwack.
1. Morrows Chilliwack charged me almost two thousand dollars over the quoted price.
2. Morrows Chilliwack did not keep the timeline they gave. Our items were almost a week later than latest date they promised.
Morrows Chilliwack provided no communication or assurance once our items were in there care. I called to follow up on the timeline for delivery, and was told I would get 24 hours notice when the truck was coming. That never happened.
3. Morrows Chilliwack did not rectify the broken/missing items (deficiencies), which amounted to over $1000.
4. I told Morrows Chilliwack at the time of booking that I would be paying via credit card. When I received the invoice, I was billed an almost $200 administration fee which I was never told about. I was forced to pay this as part of the invoice before the delivery driver would give us back our items. This is extortion, pure and simple.
Morrows Chilliwack NOT a company anyone should trust. They have refused to set matters right for us, and have forced me to escalate my case against them. I want to warn anyone reading this to NOT do business with them. Stay far away from Morrows Chilliwack.
