Unbelievably disappointed. They didn't take their time at all, rushing through the entire process, plus they left stains in 3 rooms that didn't exist before. The entire job has to be re-done.

We used Kleen Up Pros services last summer because my son was playing soccer inside the house and knocked over his goldfish tank all over our nice new carpet. We considered purchasing a steam cleaner but decided to go with a recommendation from a friend. They were great and the carpet is back to new mostly, but it was pricier than I expected.
