This place has been one disaster after another. Noticed roaches as soon as I moved in, often had no hot water in the shower, the windows all leak when it rains and this caused the wall underneath to come off in large pieces and fall into the heater as wall as water to flood the window sills also leaking into the heater. Just recently spotted a mouse and was informed the building now has a mouse problem they are trying to work on.
Called building super multiple times about wall problem, finally emailed property management but waited 45 days and no one ever came, had to call MLS to get something done about it, building management came and re-plastered the wall but window still leaks. MLS is still investigating.
Do not move here!!
