I obtained 3 separate quotes and Adanac came in with the best value for the complete job, plus Adanac replaced the roof of two neighbours 2 years ago and both were very happy with the work. The quote package was complete, easy to follow and covered off all aspects of the job detailing exactly what work would be performed. I was provided a list of past jobs in my area that indicated the color and style of shingle used. This was very helpful selecting a color for our house. The crew were on time, got to work right away and did a complete clean up each day. The roof looks great and all of the ridge and hip caps are straight. We went with the triple layer which has a nice definition. The gutters were installed 3 days after the roof was complete. Again the crew got right to work and were finished early afternoon, which was impressive as I had two outbuildings that were also reroofed and guttered. Dan, my wife and I want to thank you for a great experience and a roof that looks fantasic. - Reseach. Get quotes, look at past job sites and talk to other trades working in the area. I did, and for roofing, Adanac's name kept coming up.
