Front door landing, steps and walkway
I hired Paul to do work on the landing to my front door and the steps and walkway leading to it. When I first made an inquiry, Paul was professional enough to return my voice mail to him when some of the others that I contacted did not. He came out to my home (at a considerable distance from his area of operation), made an assessment and was extremely patient, polite and friendly. He answered all my questions patiently and without any pressure to close the deal.
When we did close the deal, Paul was fair with his pricing, conscious of my circumstances and was flexible with the terms of the deal. He even accommodated me for a minor side job. His crew (Miguel and Eric) arrived on time, were polite, diligent with their work, friendly to talk to and cleaned up every day that they were on site. Their workmanship was excellent and I will hire Paul again for other projects for my home.
