I recently moved in to my Ready Built town home in Grimsby and could not be happier with it, and the entire sales process. There were so many fabulous features already included included for such a great price. It was really a great value, and I fell in love when i stepped inside. The sales process was simple and my agent was very accommodating, my PDI was nearly flawless, and all the repairs that were required were completed within days. Now that I've moved in, I'm noticing all the great things about the community, including great views that I didn't even notice before I bought my home.
