I agree with all the negative reviews about Losani. Absolutely the WORST customer service in the industry. I have gotten the run around for 3 months about a window size which differs from the drawings of the model we purchased. In the end they refuse to fix and say it's to their discretion on which size to windwo will end up being. I wish I saw these reviews before because I would have Never purchased from Losani. I hope others take this review seriously and the review of so many other customers with negative experience and not give more money to this company.
