The purchasing and installing process was very smooth, there were no delays, no glitches and the windows look great. The sales person was quite knowledgeable and able to provided suggestions as to which way the windows should open and type of window to choose so it would look nice from outside. The installer was very experience and a wonderful person. The windows have been up for a few months and so far they are great.
