There we were in our 2019 Ford f150 with a dead battery. After a good Samaritan gave us a boost out on the trans canada, he referred us to Canyon Cable ion Hope. They're nice people he said. He was right! The battery , they had in stock. The challenge was that I'm disabled. I cannot onlynot carry the battery but I can't swap it out. That's Where Ron , the manager stepped in. "I think I can help you" he said. So he carries the battery out to our truck and in 5 minutes, we are back on the road. Talk about customer service. That's a 11/10 for sure.
