H Romu Roofing

I need to update. Harry Romu came out and did remedial work to correct the problem. He was professional, and his staff were friendly. He honored his side of the contract. Sometime things don't go quite right, but I would definitely give his company a call should you need work done on your house.

Harry Romu was very professional, and did a good job at the time last summer 2015 when my home needed a new shingling job on the roof.
But a leak started by the chimney a couple weeks ago, I called Harry and he did not return phone calls. Called him again today, still no answer. Not sure what is worse, the leak or his unprofessional lack of communication. I understand that leaks can and do occasionally happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for not following up on an urgent matter such as this.
As this leaks the water will compromise the insulation as well as damage to the interior of my cedar paneled home with black stains and more. The last thing I need is black mold.

Update; On March 3rd Harry showed up and did a temporary fix, he apologized for his absence as he was away. He promises to remedy the situation once the winter is over. I do believe this man will stand behind his work, he owns and operates a reputable business.

Three days after roof was re shingled it rained and rained inside the house also. Called Romu roofing on a Sunday and did attend and patched roof but damage to ceiling Sheetrock had already occurred. Contractor Promised to repair cieling, and have never seen contractor again.
Have since replaced shingles again and repaired damages at a cost of $38,000.00.
