I had Springs Heating service my furnace on November 9 and when the Tech left he said my furnace was working well. We discussed if I needed a new furnace at this time and he said no and said replacing it would not be easy due to the venting through a bedroom to the outside and that a new smart thermostat would be a challenge and could better installed by an electrician. That next morning I woke up to NO HEAT and called in to have someone come out. This technician said that it was a coincidence, but the circuit board was broken and I now required a new furnace. They provided a quote with a deduction for the cost of the service. I requested another quote from a major company whose customer service was far superior from the sales person to the receptionist and decided to go with them. I contacted Springs to let them know that I had decided to go with another company and they then refused to refund my $150 service fee and immediately sent the Technician to my house to collect the loaned heater and left me in a home with NO HEAT.
I did not have a good experience with Springs Servicing and Heating from the receptionist to the service and after a week in a cold house I am happy I went with the company I did that welcomed the challenge of putting an Ecobee smart thermostat into an old house and it was no issue to add new venting through the ceiling and new pipes outside. They cleaned up all areas and made sure I knew how to use the new thermosat before they left.

We recently had a Carrier air conditioning unit installed and since it's still winter, we have yet to try it out. Everything about Spring's was professional. Excellent phone communication with Divina, Dominic came out for the quote and explained everything perfectly and offered a fair price (they weren't our only quote). David, Jeff and Tyler did a great job of the install. They were respectful, swift, clean and there was no damage done to anything in their path. We contacted them in the first place because of all their positive online reviews. We'll definitely be calling them in the future for all our HVAC needs.

my furnace was not running normally in October; I called a small work shop I knew,I paid $330,but the result was the same as what I had tried;Because he was not a specialist for Carrier furnace.
I searched and called Springs Heating to get a quote ,David the technician,came and checked that the secondary heat exchange had to be replaced, estimate cost was about $540. He was nice and skillful ,he spent 30 mins and made the furnace temporary working costed $136.
3 days later,Jeff came with the new part,he spent 2½hr taking every things apart,well done! costed $600.fair price.I highly recommend Springs Heating for the team service ! They are the Professional!

I had my furnace replaced yesterday. Very satisfied and happy with the techs Adam and RJ who were so professional, helpful, polite and the excellent work done from start to finish. I would certainly call the company again for my future needs. The management also is very easy to deal with and very helpful. This is the local company we want to support in our community.

The company was very good and on time. They cleaned the whole house and explained the importance of regular cleaning. The service technician was on time and did give note about the noise. As it was my first time in our new home I felt very comfortable and well served.

Be prepared to wait! If you booked for a duct cleaning through groupon , I have been waiting since October and now it's January...... for every day that has been below 0 degrees (the truck couldn't come out in -4 temp?) , that's how many more have been pushed back for an appointment. Not sure if it is an issue of temperature for the trucks but why is it that my neighbours have had other companies out and its been -10 and within a few weeks from booking their appointment!

They were prompt, efficient and affordable. very friendly and professional, Good experience. Dealt with my wife while I was away. Showed up when they said they would, unlike some others we have used, and stuck to the price. Service rep also was very personable. Would definitely use them again

I purchased cleaning packages for both my house my rental and my girlfriends house. This company is a pleasure to work with. Their furnace tech is extremely pleasant to deal with and looks for ways to save you money vs looking to ding you. Highly recommend this company
