my basement was once concrete floor, a bearing wall, w&d &laundry sink randomly placed. that's it! Character Builders has completely rebuilt adding a high end bathroom, new hard wood floors and magnificent lighting All plumbing and electrical has been upgraded to code (or better). Character Builders put a lot of thought and for sight into the project allowing for alternatives while considering resale value. I am thrilled! I currently use the area for laundry, storage and I have installed a full sized gym. It would take nothing but appliances to turn it into a fully self-contained suite. Always build with character. dave was fantastic from start to finish. We highly recommend him. He renovated our bathroom below budget and on time. he was clean and very efficient and was good with our animals. He is honest and knowledgeable.
