I bought a sofa set from Sodhi furniture. Horrible customer service, will never buy again from them. Received delivery and on opening found defective unit. On calling them they told me that their technical folk will come to inspect and then they will tell me next steps. 3 days after delivery they scheduled appointment for their technical person to come and later called on appointment date that it is cancelled because their guy problems. When i asked then when can I expect next appointment to be scheduled, they refused to give me any time line and hung up phone on me saying they will call me when they will know. I have never come across such a horrible customer service. They do business like they are working in some third world country with very poor standard. Never ever buy from them.

Sodhi furniture Has a horrible delivery and customer service. We bought bedroom set, dining table and sofa set. They were asking delivery fee and setup fee for each set. We were having issues with dresser mirror which they were not ready to install without fee, even when the design not looked correct as per the instruction manual. Very unprofessional way of talking. Totally dissatisfied.

Hi i bought a bed set on 1st march 2013.
Very unsatified with the service i recieved from them
Very rude people, no customer appreciation, called to fix my bed set they didn't fixed it yet!
When i called for a complain they misbehaved, kept hanging up transferring calls to each other plus the manager is never available at the moment.
There materials r scrap materials i bought an expensive bed set which was having lots of fixing to be done and they responded rudely, costumer service is very poor ill mannered employee when u go there to buy stuff they will treat u very well and once you purchased they will just leave u and forget that they every met you. I m very disappointed with Sodhi Furniture and would give them 0 out of 5 and would recommend people not to go there they give scrap materials to u. service is soo poor and will really harass u and give u false promises please do urself a favour and don't go there spend few bucks more and go to other store who gives u good service rest up to u thank you.

Made the Sectional Sofa the wrong way.
Chaise was suppose to be on the left, made with chaise on the right.
Refused to have it fixed, Horrible customer service and delivery men were late, we were told 4:30 arrived at 8:30 and refused to unload until Money was received. They wouldn't step out of the truck to get the money, we had to walk up to the truck to pay.
Don't go here, even to get a quote.

We bought a red color car bed for our 4yr old son last yr. he loves the bed and we got many complements frm our friends. When we went there it was on sale for the regular price but the salesman gave us for the sale price that was abt to start the next day....(we wud haf bought it anyways)

I dealt with the sales people at Sodhi numerous times in 2006. I found the store staff to be courteous and friendly. I bought several items that were well priced, and was also able to negotiate better pricing with the considerate sales person. The men who delivered the furniture went out of their way to ensure my happiness to assemble the bedroom set in a timely fashion, and also assisted me in the removal of my old furniture (which was NOT their job! And much appreciated!)and were tidy and clean in my home.
There was only one negative issue that I encountered with that business, which was this: I bought the entertainment unit (for a significant amount of money, approx $900), and it was assembled at my home. approximately a month later, I noticed that one of the legs was assembled incorrectly and did not rest on the floor. When I returned to the store, the man told me that he was unwilling to send one of the men over to adjust it without my paying an additional sum of money (approx 50 dollars)or making another purchase at the store (at the time I was looking for a bunk bed, and they knew that). I was disappointed in that, and purchased other items else where after that.
If one was looking for sturdy, nice looking furniture at an excellent price, I would recommend that store. However, I would caution them to ensure that all items were assembled to their liking while the assembly men were there.
