This is not my first time having an awful experience with structube and after boycotting them for 1.5 years I thought I'd give them a second chance. Awful ideas. I purchased a sectional from them (despite knowing they are

The final total. He misspelled my email address, and mixed up two numbers in my phone number. Couch is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and I called to follow up as I have not heard from the delivery company. They informed me that the couch wasn't coming- because I hadn't paid the shipping, and they had tried to get a hold of me. All of the problems were caused by THEM so of course one would assume that they would apologize and tell me that they will get it here asap as I have paid in full and took the day off tomorrow to receive the couch. Nope. They told me I have to come in, pay the 90 bucks or my
Other option is to get a refund for the couch. WTH! I asked to speak to the manager, she wouldn't come to the phone. She said I could come pick up the ENORMOUS 3 piece sectional myself or pay the 90. Even the poor sales guy on the phone was embarrassed at how nonexistent the help was. I will NEVER shop there again, and warn ppl the same. The furniture is nice, but not nice enough for their lack of customer service. I'm still sitting here in shock at how blatant they just don't care, even though the mistakes were all on their end. How are they still in business?!
