Knight's Plumbing's estimate to install a new, top of the line 95% efficient condensing hot water tank was best by a few hundred dollars but also included fixing a design shortfall from the original house construction that worth another $500 otherwise, so best pricing by far. The installation was done by skilled tradesmen, on time on budget. A great experience, an easy recommendation to others in need of similar services.
