2 of my windows needed to be replaced. I called 2 companies and only Centra Windows called me back to provide an estimate. I received a quote within 2 days via email and then got a follow up call from them. My order was placed and an installation appointment was set up within a month. Brendan, Dave and Rod came on Halloween to replace my windows. It was a clean and quick job even in the rain! These guys went over and beyong by pointing out deficiencies in my other windows and took the time to give me a quick lesson on caulking to prevent water damage to them. I'm very impressed with their workmanship and knowledge. Thanks again for the lesson on caulking - I passed it along to my hubby obviously.
