After getting 4 quotes on a new furnace we decide to go with L B Heating as they came highly recommended by friends. The quote was in the middle of the 4 and the main reason we went with them was the owner Ted. He took the time to explain everything to us and plus we already knew several people that had used his services. The installation went very smooth and they went above and beyond sealing off existing older gaps in the old furnace vent holes when installing a new liner. All the joins in the new furnace where all sealed with metallic tape and the floor swept and vacuumed after the installation was done. We where visited by Ted after the installation to make sure everything was running OK and to see if we had any concerns or questions.

- Out of the 4 quotes we had one of them is ranked as a top rated HVAC companies on this site. While there quote was the cheapest they where the most dishonest of the four and constantly received phone calls from them well after we told them we where going with another company. They also went on to bad months all the companies we received quotes from.
