Exterior by design... where do I begin.
We hired exterior by design to remodel our porch area and steps, with a new railing, new limestone tiles as well as adding a stone veneer to the side of our home and around our garage.
The entire process from start to Finish was done so professionally and it truly exceeded my expectations.
From the beginning they showed so much care and attention to detail. They used their professional experience and opinion to choose which colours, textures and styles would suit our home.
The contractors were so punctual and so hard working, they did such a beautiful, clean job. They worked at a great pace and took their time to deliver a seamless and perfect job. The level of perfection is something I’ve never seen before.
At least 20 people walking by stopped to take photos of the work... it practically sold itself. Good work speaks for itself, I now know why they have won so many awards for their outstanding work.

I ran into David about 15 years ago at the Home Show we decided to Stucco my exterior and apply stone along the front of the house & around my porch .The Stucco still looks as good as new 15 yrs latter. We had some problems around the porch as water and ice started pulling the stone off . Over the yrs David came by and did his best to fix it. Last spring I had the stone removed. This spring David came by and to my surprize he replaced all the stone free of charge .It looks fabulous Thanks David

We recently used William and David's business to stucco and change all windows as well as eaves and soffits. Both William and David were very professional and responsive. . Their crew were very good and clean. Had one slight hiccup with a window measurement which was addressed by both William and David and resolved with no further issue. They took care of us and did a very good job - lots of compliments by neighbors on the work.

We are very happy with the results of this stucco project. There were no shortcuts taken- everything was done properly. It was executed exactly as we imagined! JJ and his crew kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this company.

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this company. We had a contract that we discussed and signed with William and due to some unforeseen circumstances we were unable to proceed. William was very understanding and returned our deposit without question almost 1 year later. It is uncommon these days to find this level of honesty when hiring contractors. We will 100% use them for future projects.

David and Brandon's professionalism from the start was only outdone by their contractors. WE did a complete redo from Tudor to Stucco and coldnt be happier with our choice of companies. Do yourself a favour, use Exterior by Design Stucco and Stone, you wont be sorry!!!

Our exterior stucco was peeling off the back of the house and needed to be replaced. We posted the job on HomeStars and heard back from Exterior by Design Stucco and Stone right away. They looked at photos to get a sense of the job and then came by within a couple of days to provide a quote. Within a week, they were onsite, completing the work. They were friendly, professional, responsive, quick, reasonably priced and the work is of excellent quality. I will be hiring them again for other exterior work and would recommend them without hesitation.

We hired William in summer of 2019 to complete a long-awaited refacing project that began with the front of the house (stone) and the side (stucco).

William was very attentive to detail in the initial meeting and quote, which was received in a timely manner. He inspired confidence throughout that entire process.

The job itself was executed on time and budget, and William and team were accommodative to a couple of curveballs along the way (carpenter ant issue + late decision to re-insulate from the outside with Rock Wool). William also provided us with contacts for additional work on replacing soffits and eaves, who we ended up using as well.

We are very happy with the job after a year, and William has even been kind enough to help remediate & repair some minor damage that was caused post-hoc by another contractor (repaired within a couple days of reaching out - impressive!).
