An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My husband and I contracted Ray Morton to do a very extensive renovation to our home that required reconfiguring our kitchen and the removal of two load bearing walls (one wall contained the home’s service components that all had to be relocated) and custom cabinets in the family room. Ray’s professional work ethic, knowledge/carpentry experience, “get-‘er-done” attitude and attention to even the smallest details of the job successfully accomplished our dream kitchen and family room. Ray gave our project the personal attention as if this was a home he was going to be living in. He was always focused on timelines; left the site clean at the end of the day and used only the most reliable trade contacts when necessary. We are extremely happy with the results and will gladly submit pictures.
