Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Had a furnace emergency on Christmas Eve day, Called infiniti for service , i was given 2 hour window, It took them 4 hours to get to me , although late but Hesam was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem.
Although i did not like a 4 hour wait but it is Christmas Eve !!!!
