My Chev Traverse was hit by a snowplow and being almost new I was devastated. I went to First Professional for a repair quote and was immediately taken care of . They quoted me a fair estimation and I accepted it and we made an appointment. When I left the vehicle with them they gave me a ride home and told me when to expect completion of the repair. Upon the date of completion they called me to say a part was back ordered from GM but would let me know as soon as it arrived which they did. When the vehicle repair/paint was finished I checked out the repaired area and you could not tell that it had been previously damaged. This is a truly remarkable repair shop and a pleasure to deal with.. I highly recommend them here in Milton.

The service is friendly and efficient. They set up a rental car for me and dropped me off to pick it up.
