Installer first demanded that no one be inside the house while the work was being done. Sounds fishy. We didn't of course.
Windows were ripped out and left open for 3 hours before replacements were put back in.
Mess was left at all windows for entire day. Installers tracking dirt throughout house as a result.
Clean-up was superficial at best, no vacuum also there was no clean-up of window and woodwork prior to caulking (picture available) Hopefully caulking does not fail in future.
All window decals and fingerprints were left on windows. Really?
In addition there was poor manors by lead installer.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Clean windows and woodwork prior to caulking. Vacuum immediate area of window right after rip out and replace window within immediately after rip out.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Defiantly consider going with someone else if they will not put clean-up in writing.
