Alligator Party Rentals

Short version: At 4:30 p.m., 30 minutes before Alligator closed, I realized we had somehow rented everything we needed for a party for 35 people that night, except we had no knives, and no knives had been on our order. Oops. I called to ask if they had knives on site if I came to get them, but with setting up the party, that wasn't going to be easy to drive in rush hour, and we decided to go with a mix of our knives and plastic. Not ideal, but the best we could do until...at 4:55, our doorbell rings and there's someone from Alligator delivering three dozen dinner knives! They took the initiative and made it right, really without even being asked. #CustomerService Thank you, Alligator.
