On social services he got what Regina Housing said he was to pay as the agreement between social services an Regina Housing for anyone on social services. In alot of cases social services sends the rent to the landlord.
The case of the day who was evicted for a messy home Regina Housing told her she should be in a home as she couldn't look after herself. The cleaning service even talked to them about what they said about then.
Same lady made a call of concern about another tenant who was in early dementia and was told she complained about her.
In a couple cases they kept the damage deposit. In one case the tenant won in court.
