We discussed the job by phone and then emailed him pictures of the problem areas (external cables, and broken pot light fixtures) to which he provided an obligation free quote. Jorden was punctual to the minute (in fact early), so pleasant to chat to, provided excellent explanations of what he was going to do, completed the job promptly and neatly, and completed the service as stated, keeping to the quote provided. Very impressed.
