New electrical box, adding wires to a house
Except for a couple of mischiefs during the job, the service was good. Whatever problems happened (a damaged appliance, need to re-do some parts of the job) were solved (see the company response): I would attribute all these to the fault of particular employee. Stan was helpful to come on his own and fix everything.

Firstly, under no circumstances have we, or would we, ever deny our customers of our 10 year warranty. We made efforts to contact you in order to come repair your wire, however, at times, scheduling is difficult and we can run into conflict around that. I understood that my electricians made efforts to contact you to schedule a time with you, but were not successful.
Secondly, the dryer lid was replaced, and it was replaced when it was damaged, there was no discussion around replacing the entire dryer. We replaced the cover of your dryer promptly because it was damaged, not because you stated above that you threatened replacement of the entire dryer.
We guarantee our work, and as I mentioned, we would never deny our valued customers of that. Please contact me directly to schedule a time that we can come to your home and repair your wire.
