An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had 4 sets of stairs done by Moe in a 3 storey townhouse wherein the stairs were carpeted by the builder. Some stairs had to be modified as they were crooked and Moe did this work expertly so the stair would be even.
The work is excellent and it is so nice to have beautiful stairs instead of carpet throughout the house.
Moe was prompt and his worker was on time everyday and the job was completed in record time. Moe did his best to keep the sawdust down and under control. I am very satisfied with the work and the quality of the wood material used.
