I have had a few different cleaning ladies from Homestead over the years (6-7 years). It's such a pleasure to come back to a clean home and not have to interview the staff and check references, etc. myself. I leave a little note if there's anything that I need special attention to. Sometimes I've had some feedback or special requests and the office staff has passed it along to the cleaning lady. I am not sure why some other reviews are negative - must be that the happy customers are not writing on home stars because this company has been around for a very long time so they must be doing something right.

Thanks for your comments, Jen. To respond to your comment - sometimes a negative review may come from a dubious source. Another time there may be a legitimate complaint - fortunately this is the exception rather then the rule because we have a good screening process . However we want people to know that we always go the extra mile to make good. You mention that we've been in business a long time (since 1984 actually) so that we must be doing something right - and we think so too!! There's no way to keep a good reputation in the maid service industry without treating both staff and clients the way we ourselves would wish to be treated.
