We were referred to Peterborough Carpetland and their sister store, Whelans, after an insurance claim resulted in damage to our bathroom. We hired them to remove tile and install new slate floors and shower surround, and dealt with Chris Whelan, who was great. The 1st tile subcontractor had some difficulty with the material, and did a sloppy job; Whelans deemed it unacceptable and hired a different contractor to re do the shower and make it right. We were very impressed with their commitment to customer service and ensuring we were happy. Our new bathroom looks fantastic. Thanks Chris!
