I must admit that when we decided to do a kitchen cabinet project, I was not certain about doing a new kitchen (highest cost) vs. a reface (mid cost) vs. re-painting (lowest cost).
After some investigation, I decided to rule out the re-painting...namely as the cost was still pretty high, and I would STILL have my "older" looking/style cabinets (vs. newer style).
I then decided to do a re-face. When Frank (owner) came by for an
estimate, I just had a gut feel that he was honest and on the spot decided to business with Techno. Wow....am I ever glad I chose them.
First of all......Frank was just awesome...why? I never felt any pressure to buy.... Frank provided us good inputs for us to make our decision...and were easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank (as the owner) vs. dealing with a sales person, as Frank has a vested interest to make sure he stands behind his company.
Second....Sheri was so well coordinated and regularly followed up and answered any questions we had (and make sure our project was well coordinated).
Last but not least. Wow....dealing with the installers (Shawn & Romy) was beyond awesome. From day one, I could tell Shawn was a craftsman. He cared for every little touch like it was his own project. He would not hesitate to take a little extra time to do it right.
Their attention to detail was off the charts....I NEVER have seen anyone
care about their craft as much.....they did the RIGHT thing...I felt they did the work as if it was their kitchen. They spent the time to DO IT RIGHT....sure...you might have been able to 'finish' the job a day or two early...but, the end product would not have been as good.....this investment of 1 or two 'extra' s totally worth it....why? you have a customer for life....and I'll tell anyone and everyone to reach out to you if they ever contemplate a kitchen project.
I must say it was sad to see Shawn and Romy leave...if it wasn't for Covid,
I would have hugged them off. I may take a few door off/mess up the drawer so you'll have to send them back.
