Had carpet cleaned. Moved all furniture. He was so rude telling us we should never move the furniture. He cleaned the carpet complaining all the time and it was a terrible job.

Didn't arrive in time from shipping warehouse in other city. Delivered additional week after receiving phone call. Saleslady was very nice and helpful. Would recommend again.

They did a good job. The carpets came out perfect. We had lots of stains and they did a great job getting them out. Very happy with them.

Sears Carpet Cleaner arrived 15 minutes late.
They did an excellent job of getting into the corners and around baseboard. He also moved most of the furniture that he could and moved the heavier ones with help from husband.
Carpets looked great for a few days and then it seemed like some of the same stains started to show again.

They're quote was reasonable. They removed stains that I thought would never come out and they were very efficient.
