This is a long overdue review.
I want to thank Monique for her promptness in attending to my request. A few of us wanted to bless a friend with a home cleaning voucher as a Christmas gift. Monique was quick in her response and offered to drop off the voucher at my home in Oakville. My friend who lives in Ancaster is yet to use the services offered by Maid in Luxury but in the meanwhile I wanted to applaud Monique for her patience in answering all of my questions during the initial phone call and for her prompt service . Thank you Monique.

Maid in Luxury is an amazing service. Their team were cleaning for 9 hours in our 3 story home for our move in. They made it sparkle ! The home needed a good deep cleaning and all nooks and crannies were cleaned. Fridge and stove pulled out and cleaned behind. This is a wonderful company and you'll not be disappointed. Highly recommend!!

Maid in Luxury answered an emergency house call with specific needs of having a couch and refrigerator cleaned in addition to a home deep cleaning before a baby arrival. They did a great job. Was effective and efficient and the timely response made all the difference. Will definitely be using this service again.

I am a big fan of our regularly scheduled cleanings with Maid in Luxury. They are personnel, professional, friendly, flexible and care about their clients. The team does a good job over the whole house and I particularly appreciate the little extra things and pays great attention to detail. The quality of cleaning is excellent and they are very dependable, I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. Morning appointments are very important to me and they always keep that time frame. Since covid I've hired a few cleaners but I would have to say by far Maid in Luxury is one of the best. The products used are not toxic or damaging as most store bought are. I recommend Maid in Luxury to friends and acquaintances all the time because I know they will be as happy with their wonderful staff and products as I have been. Do yourself a favor, hire Maid in Luxury and you will love them as much as we do!

Honestly, since Ive booked with Maid In Luxury cleaning, my life has been so much easier ! They always take their time to do a detailed job and leave my house feeling fresh, open and new. I have two toddlers and a new born so I need regular cleaning, they even sanitize my children's toys with kid friendly products. There is nothing better than trusting a cleaning service in your home even if you arent home.

Okay, so about 3 months ago I was frustrated with doing absolutely everything plus cleaning my home. I have a fairly big home, 4000sqft and I was just done with trying to do it all. I want a clean home but the time and energy just wasn't there. I asked around and one of my neighbours recommended Maid In Luxury.

I called and spoke with Monique who is polite and professional over the phone. I immediately felt comfortable. I was sent an estimate with their terms. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but I gave it a shot and I'm SO happy I did. Their work is the best I've ever seen and it is absolutely worth it. They go above and beyond every single time. I don't have to do anything apart from loading the dishwasher and sweeping up crumbs made by my 5 year old. They take care of it all.

Maid in Luxury cleaned two of the three stories of our home (their original estimate was for the whole house) and did a great job in the areas they were able to clean! Wherever the cleaning team cleaned, they did a very thorough and excellent job.

However, the cleaning took longer and cost a lot more than originally estimated. Maid in Luxury bill by the hour per cleaner and not a fixed fee, unlike other cleaners weve hired before. The additional time cost a lot more than what we expected, even after our on site discussion with the cleaners, who had run through the original time estimate and asked whether to keep cleaning or stop. At that point, half the house had been cleaned and we asked them not to clean the basement to save on costs. In the end, the total price was nearly twice the original estimate for 2/3 of the home and Im afraid well be going with someone else for future cleanings. Had we known that the final price was going to be nearly double the original estimate and would not include the whole house, we would not have hired Maid in Luxury to begin with.

I wish them all the best. Their results are excellent, but very expensive and almost twice the originally estimated price.
