The technician arrived on time, was professional, courteous and completed all work as required. I am happy with the work that has been completed and will be using this company again for any future work I need done. I also want to point out that I was charged a fair price and did not have to deal with any ridiculous upsell tactics like some of the other companies I have dealt with. Highly recommended, do not hesitate to call Vaillancourt and at the same time you will be supporting local business!

We have used Vaillancourt on 3 separate occasions: toilet repair, kitchen tap install, and sewer vents repaired. Each time they were professional, friendly, on time, and work done correctly. We are very pleased and will use them every time we need a plumber.

We recently just moved to the area and have been working on the house . I needed a toilet installed but didn't really know any plumbers out this way . I called Vallencourt based on the recommendation from a fellow I know who owns a plumbing company in Toronto.
They were able to get me an appointment for the next day which is pretty rare and the Corner who came to do the work could not have been any better. He was friendly, affable, totally professional and extremely conscientious of what he was doing and the finished product. I have more work to do around the house and any of the plumbing work will be given to Vallencourt no question.

On time and great work have had them replace our hot water tank before and great service then as well. they are the only ones we will call.
